I earned my Masters Degree in Education and Varying Exceptionalities in May of 1998 from the University of South Florida.
Experience
I have 17 years of experience working with elementary school students from K-5. My favorite subjects to teach are Reading, Writing and Math. I also have 10 years of experience working with Special Needs students. When tutoring, it's important for me to find common ground with my students to help facilitate the learning process. I have a friendly and outgoing personality that helps my students to warm up to me. I've tutored elementary school students in all subject's, but my specialties are Reading, Writing and Math. I'm interested in tutoring as I persue a new degree in nursing.

Hobbies
I enjoy all sports, but since my kids are big basketball and football fans, those are the two sports I follow most. I enjoy all types of music and I recently started learning to play the guitar. Although I don't have pets of my own, I love all animals.
