I'm a positive person. I'm an author and speaker, teaching about self-care, stress reduction, wellness and making good choices. I love spending time at the beach, quality time with good friends and family and my dog. I love traveling and learning about other cultures and countries. I'm an advocate for a high school foreign exchange program and have placed 31 exchange students from 13 different countries with host families in the past 5 years. I also hosted a sweet girl from Thailand for a school year, it was one of the best things I've ever had the pleasure to do. I'm excited to go to Thailand to visit her someday soon! :)
